Guildford was once a sleepy village – now it is a vibrant and buzzing town, within a stone’s throw of central London.
Within a 10 minute walk, you could be munching and brunching at Gail’s, shopping till you drop at The Friary or dancing the night away at any number of Guildford’s fancy cocktail bars and pubs. Alternatively, swap your dancing shoes for your walking boots and stretch your legs on some of the best Surrey Hills walks that the county has to offer, don’t forget to take the dog! Guildford has a wonderful mix of town and country life – it gets a huge tick from us.
